"The TobyMac Show was fantastic! Dealing with Ticketmaster was a problem that really marred our experience. At one point, just an hour before the concert, it said our tickets had been mailed to us - never. The process for obtaining your tickets is way too cumbersome. Once we were in the arena, everything was great. Then, a friend transferred her tickets to a couple with us, but when they tried to get in, the codes would not work. They had to go to customer service and missed the first 3 songs. That was a stress inducer!"
